　【ご使用方法】

成人と6歳以上の子供:1日最高で3回、1滴から2滴までを、症状のある目に垂らしてください。どんな表面でも容器の先に触れないでください。 再利用しないでください。一旦開けたものは、廃棄してください。
6歳までの幼児と子供:ご使用の前に専門家に相談してください。
コンタクトレンズでも安心してご使用いただけます。
容器の先のタブを完全にねじり取ってください。未使用の分は捨ててください。

　【成分】

Each vial (0.45 ml) contains: Cochlearia officinalis 5X, Echinacea angustifolia 5X, Euphrasia officinalis 5X, Pilocarpus 5X, 110.7 mg each in a sterile saline solution.

　【ご注意】

副作用:過敏症状は個々の場合に起こるかもしれません。部分的なアレルギー反応(皮膚の炎症)が報告された事があります。
もし72時間以上目の痛み、視力の変化、継続的な赤さ、または炎症が起きるか、悪化または持続するならば、使用をやめて専門家に相談してください。
もし溶液の色が変化するか濁った場合には使用しないでください。
お子様の手の届く範囲に置かないでください。
ご使用には:容器の上部のタブがなくなっているか、または破損している場合は使用しないでください。
室温で保管してください。直射日光からは避けてください。

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to one of the active ingredients or excipients or to plants of the daisy (compositae) family.

　【Suggested Use】
Adults and children over 6 years: Instill 1 to 2 drops in the affected eye(s) up to three times daily. Do not touch tip of container to any surface. Do not reuse. Once opened, discard.
Infants and Children up to 6: Consult a physician before using. Safe with contact lenses.
Completely twist off tab at tip of vial. Discard unused portion.

　【Warnings】
Side effects: Hypersensitivity reactions may occur in individual cases. Local allergic reactions (cutaneous inflammation) have been reported.
If you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, discontinue use and consult a doctor. If solution changes color or becomes cloudy, do not use. Keep this and all medicines out of the reach of children.
Tamper Evident: Do not use if tab at the top of vial is missing or broken.
Store at room temperature.
Protect from light.
